That's a known issue. Follow the procedures outlined, and open a support ticket if it still isn't fixed.

That's what I did. But apparently, it's a known problem, and there's a solution for it, so I'm going to try that. :3

I've heard this happen to others, but never actually witnessed it myself; it sounds spooky! Hope you manage to fix it:)

It was. I deleted and re-uploaded my icons, but apparently, there is a way to fix it, so I'll keep that in mind for next time. :3

It happened to me to.
I didn't know this was a known issue of course, so I ended up deleting my userpictures and uploading them again.

Yeah. Glad I mentioned it too. Now I know what to do if it ever happens again.
