The death of one year to give way by the rebirth of another. And yet, this process is dependent on the culture, some cultures do not consider this the year of 2000.

Truly beautiful the celebration of the death and rebirth. It is how it should be when greeted with such a cycle.

So then, how shall everyone else celebrate this cycle?

How they name it does not change what it is. But the celebration is still the death of one year and the birth of another regardless of the name they give it.

By being thankful for what I have.

[Rei, by now, has noticed the differences between Saturn and Hotaru. And while it's a morbid way of thinking of it, she can't argue with the senshi. It is the death of one year and the rebirth of another.]

Everyone is safe and sound. I've made a lot of friends here that I can trust and count on. The winter hasn't been harsh and a lot of us are in Adstringendum to keep each other company and safe until the Animus return us home.

That's a lot, to me.
