Hijikata took his time getting there. There some sense of stubborn pride about not getting there so soon with the yorozuya so eager to uphold after all. But not too long when all was said and done. He was curious about this so-called onsen. There hadn't really been time to investigate until now, and when a rare opportunity presented itself to actually relax for once (not that he was entirely sure that was what this would be with Gintoki involved...), he would be foolish not to take it.

Gintoki looked up as he sensed Hijikata approaching, staying where he was as the vice-commander approached. The freelancer sighed a bit at the slow rate the other was getting to him, reaching out himself to grab the dark-haired man by one of his wrists and promptly started to manhandle him towards the onsen. "You're late now Hijikata-kun; hurry now so we can get to there faster!"

He really wanted to be there the faster the better, so they could just start on this; the freelancer was just a tad too excited, as he was always sometimes when around Hijikata.

He watched Gintoki approach, a guarded expression on his face, one that turned to annoyance as the silver haired man proceeded to grab and drag him towards their destination. "What the fuck?!" With the skill that came with years of practice, he managed to avoid dropping the cigarette dangling from his lips. "Slow down, you bastard. What's the hurry?"

"Well, the sooner we can get there the better!" Gintoki replied as he looked over his shoulder towards the other, a childish grin on his face. It had been quite sometime since he had a chance like this with Hijikata after all - they usually pretty much only ended up sleeping with each other rather than anything else. "Besides, its been awhile since we could go on a date again now~" When was the last time - March, wasn't it? And after that they had all been occupied by everything that had happened. So a chance like this was one that the freelancer was going to grab a hold of fast and well ( ... )
