There was a shower of pink sparkles and then Harmonia appeared, pout firmly in place. She brightened when she spotted Ares. "Daddy! I've looked ev'rywhere for you!" This included most of the preserve where she'd chatted to a couple of teal deer, the sky, the beach and the top of the Post Office.

Ares looked up at the small godling in his office. "And who are you?"

"Harmonia, silly!" Harmonia flung herself towards him. "And it's NOT Cupid's fault so you can't yell at him! Where's mommy?"

"Cupid, that would explain the pink. I'm not sure," Ares said. "I'm afraid I've forgotten what Mommy looks like. Perhaps you can remind me."
