it's been a decent week thus far. today was very nice :).  i've been feeling SOOO much better, it's like my body is making up for all the energy i've neem lacking.  i got 100% on my bio project.  it was a group project (which i always hate doing) so i pretty much took everything and did it myself. i'm so bossy ( Read more... )

quick update... turns out i was anemic. fun fun. that's what you get for never eating your red meats, tisk tisk. fixing that tough (not the non red meat eating... just the no iron thing)  cutting down on the tea (caffein= no iron absorption) and increaing certain grains (cous cous, whole wheat, all bran, what not) and adding raisons (more iron) and ( Read more... )
