Challenge Nine: The Battle of the Nine [Part 2]
Deadline: Monday, January 9, 2013 at 9pm (Pacific time){{Countdown}}

This challenge is an icon battle in which you must create nine icons out of nine images which were provided by previous winners of shire_icontest challenges. There are eleven additional images for blending/combing into your icons, too.
Any one may sign up by commenting to the Sign-Ups thread before January 6, 2013 at midnight then be sure to submit your nine icons by the January 7th deadline.
There will be a max of nine placements available depending on the number of participants. You can view the possible placements at this entry .
Note: The mystery category that was TBA shall be "Best Frodo"!


Challenge Nine Icon Battle Rules:

♣ You must enter a complete set of 9 icons made with the nine main battle images.
♣ You may only use 1 image 1 time.
♣ You may use textures, brushes,and/or text.
♣ You may combine any of the images from The Eleven group with the any of the Nine group into your icons, but you may NOT blend any of the Nine images with each other, they must each be put into one of the nine individual icons.
♣ You may blend or make multi-level icons in any way that you'd like as long as some part of one of the main (nine) images shows on each of your icons.
♦ The contest will be anonymous, so please do not post your challenge icons elsewhere, including your own journal or your public galleries before the voting has closed.
