Isn't that a great story? :) Had to laugh at the guy sitting behind the desk when he was asked if he would help & he didn't answer. Nice Christmas spirit there, random guy!

lol yeah, that guy obvs didn't want to outright say no in front of the camera but also didn't want to say yes. And also, when you said "couple" I immediately thought of a woman and man (shame on me), and was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be a gay couple.
