Other notes-
Run by a group of scientsists. They capture and/or revive people from other dimensions and bring them to the city. Their intentions are not clear.
Death is not permanent. Witnessed and proven. Experienced.
Monsters exist. Witnessed and proven.
People here claim to be from different dimensions. I've met a lot of different people who say they're from different places and times. Witnessed and proven.
Magic and highly advanced technology exists here? Both claims witnessed and proven.
New arrivals every one week (?)
December: Mistletoe appears. Shocks and/or burns anyone who doesn't kiss under it, or tries to remove it. Scientists give everyone gifts and fish
November 2nd: Satellite crashes into city hall. Heaven Smiles attack the city
January 11th: Satellite starts beeping
January 14th: Satellite';s beeping speeds up; it explodes. Kills 1 on site. Contains disease called GUILT, contaminates 6 people, 4 die

Monsters-
Shadow bugs Heartless: Small black creatures that claw at your chest. Never alone, seem to materialize from nowhere. Update from Prydain: Claw at your chest to get at your heart. If seen in large groups, contact Sora (lookingsharp ) or Roxas (watchthesunsets ). They know how to handle them!
Nasty dogs: These aren't regular dogs. Smell and appear rancid. Lance-like tongue, travel in packs
Ghost with lantern Poes: Looks like something from a videogame that I played. These are definitely from the game I played! Only the lantern was visible for a little while. They'll swing at you if you get too close!
Bird guy: Bird head, human torso, really long arms. That's pretty much it.
Heaven Smiles: Human shape, blue/purple whirling colours. If they grab you, they self destruct, causing serious injury or death. They all seem to have one glowing gold spot on them that'll take them out if you manage to hit it. All the ones I saw had the spot in a different place.
Reavers: Look like burned humans, feral, WILL TRACK YOU. If you run into any, don't run to populared areas to escape, they'll go straight there and attack everyone
Bats/Keese?: I would say they're just bats, but they look like these bat-monsters from a video game I played. If they are what I think they are, I'd keep them away from fire or extreme cold, because they'll blaze up like a torch and burn or freeze anything it crashes into. Isn't this place weird enough without monsters from Nintendo?!
Disfigured Nurses: I thought they needed help, but they seem to be just another group of monsters this city has. They carry around pipes and attack you if you’re too close. They.. seem to be pretty seductive for monsters, but don’t be fooled! They’re out to kill you! I’ve only seen them in the hospital.
Disfigured Doctors: Same as the nurses, I thought they needed some help, but they attacked me with scalpels. They have huge humps on their backs, and I’ve only seen them in the hospital.
I Have NO Idea What It Is But It Doesn’t Look Human-Guy: It looks like some alien or something and it spit all this nasty stuff on the floor of the hospital to try and make me slip. This is a hospital one too.
