I can make one, but I was wondering what maximum dimensions you allowed. Is a 468x60 banner too big?

I never really thought about maximum. Most banners I see are smaller than 300 pixels in width. Your version might be a bit too big. We have some affiliates with banners in this entry if you want to look at theirs for examples.
