Today I met up with cuelight for lunch, then got very lost trying to find the station so you could say I had a bit of a day out in Ealing! Oh, saw a red squirrel as well :). Then this evening I went to the cinema and got a take-away on the way home.

Went to see 'WALL-E'... I think it's my new favourite film of all time. Beautiful, moving and adorable... I want a WALL-E and EVE! The Hollywood Reporter reports that Guy Ritchie has been signed on by Warner Brother's to direct a new version of Sherlock Holmes. I say new version of Sherlock Holmes rather than film because it seems they are going to re-write things to make him 'more adventuresome', 'less stuffy' and focus on 'more obscure character traits' - whatever the hell ( Read more... )

Went to see 'Indy IV' with a friend yesterday afternoon in the somewhat historic Coronet Cinema, near Notting Hill Gate. All films are £3.50 on a Tuesday! Methinks I shall be going more...

Anyway...

'Indy IV' is cartoonish, silly and somewhat entertaining. Take a 5yr old, they'll love it...
