I really liked this. John's connection with Atlantis is a favorite of mine, and I loved the way you used the senses in the descriptions of the battle. And psychic injuries! (It's sad, really, how much I enjoy seeing poor John suffer for the sake of Atlantis.) Thanks for sharing. :-)
