I'd forgotten just how much I love Sharpe's Siege. Not to mention why Sweet William is among my all-time favourite characters from the Sharpe canon.

Yes, it's good to see him get more 'screen time'. He has a lot of fun in Siege and Revenge... good reads!

I love the two notes he writes to Sharpe in Sharpe's Enemy too...

His sense of humour is a wonderful thing.
