Oh, I know I have food intolerances. It's just that I already wasn't eating those things. I've already pared down my diet a lot from the way I used to eat in my 20s and 30s. This Whole30 isn't an enormous change. It's not like I live on Kraft Dinner, Chef Boyardee, and Hamburger Helper, or anything like that. And I used to be on a gluten-free diet years ago (the doctor thought I might have celiac disease. I don't), so going grain-free was an easy transition. Also, I made almost all my own food from scratch in the first place
