Set shorter, smaller goals in the WiiFit. I assure you, when you meet your goal, it does a ridicukous happy dance. Also, the color of your fitness minute counter changes over time. Mine just turned bronze. I have learned to embrace my WiiFit, even when it makes unflattering noises at me. It keeps me honest. Keep up the good work!

I've gone through several color changes to my counter (I think it is gold now). And I've seen the dance when you meet a goal. None of that counters the way it goes all neurotic on me whenever I gain over 1.1 lbs in weight (even if it will also tell you that weight can vary as much as 2-3 lbs in a given 24 hours).

I keep the WiiFit as my barometer for weight change. I use my walking program now, because it is "nicer" to me.
