After almost four weeks in the hospital, my father is back home today, minus two toes and with a few veins in his leg rearranged. He's now happily ensconced on the sofa watching the Kings game. Unfortunately, he'll have to go back in two weeks when they plan to take the third toe, but hopefully not any more. ::fingers remain crossed
