*smiles happily*

wonderful. the songs, and pass the catsup (paticuarly peter's completely bewildered version) and the dumbledore/mcgonnagal story... i'm glad that one didn't make the finished cut: i fear scarring would definately be in order.

Thanks! The songs I wasn't sure about and fussed at them a lot. I had two more that didn't make the cut 'cause they weren't funny. Heh. And yes - deeply scarring! :)

::butts in a moment:: Something to remember about humor (I spent my entire year-long theater internship this year on comedy, so tis fresh in my mind) is the rule of three - do something twice, it feels unfinished. Do it four times, it's overdone. Three times, especially when the third packs a certain punch, (i.e. the Lupin-outing) and it's comedic gold 9 times out of 10. And always good to have backup bits, but if something's not funny, you chop it. So, you hit the nail on the head there. ^_^

::butts back out::

Heh - probably sound advice. The additional two were only half-in. One was heard as Remus was leaving and one was being sung by James and Peter when they came in, but I couldn't get them to work, so maybe it was the rule of comedy at work without my realizing it!

"His name was on the Poof Monthly newsletter."
That line's an instant classic. Heh.

Lovely. I had a great time reading this story. Thank you :)

Hee! Arrogant as it is, that was one of my favorite lines. I'm glad someone else liked it!

Thanks!

A disinclination to do as you so charmingly ordered me to do

Is he disclined to acquiesce to his request? ;)!

"I'd take your pumpkin nose for you, Moony."

That is such an adorably Sirius thing to say.

Loved this, short and sweet and just what I needed for a break from my revision. Lupin on top, indeed. :D!

lol. You know when i was editing I *looked* at that line, wondering if I should change it because it sounded Pirates-esque, but in the end I left it because the Pirates-inspiring train of thought it brought was kinda funny anyway. :)

Heh, thanks for reading, glad you liked it. Luck with your revision! And don't worry about the spelling. ;) You got acquiesce right, which I always have to look up!
