so --- any way to get one of the imagemakers to make me a card so I can write a fic?

For you and anyone else who's not so hot on images: keep in mind that the original Post Secrets are often just a postcard with the secret written on it.

So you could just choose any image, and go to this website: Picnik - Photo editing the easy way, online in your browser. Click on the "Create" tab and choose "Text" from the toolbar just under the tab. You can add words to the image that way. And you're done!

What almostnever said--or also:

1) You could collaborate with someone where they do an image and you do the story
2) You could wait until the secrets get posted and then choose one that inspires and write a story based on it.
3) You can write a Post Secret fic without an image - a fic about a post secret or a fic thematizing a post secret
