Challenge: John and Teyla Secret Elf Extravaganza Exchange!!!!
Okay, as promised here are the rules for this event! This is a Holiday John and Teyla Exchange with a little twist. On a side note, if for some reason you don't believe you will be around during the holidays, you can always send me your presents and I will submit them for you. All you have to do is sign up and commit to exchange presents to your elf. Once again, the idea is that you will not reveal who you are to your elf until December 27th. Thanks to Cazzblade for pointing out to me that not everyone will be home on Xmas day or will be very busy. So, I've changed the dates a bit.
Starting on the first Sunday of December, I will post an entry with all the presents. The first 3 Sundays will be simple presents for example, John and Teyla caps, Favorite Moments Dialogues, Favorite Fic Recommendation, Motivational Posters, A small drabble, A John and Teyla Trivia game,etc... anything that doesn't require too much time and that's simple. You can be as creative as you'd like. There are no limits and the imagination is all yours. Only requirement is that, of course, it has to be John and Teyla.
The dates that I will submit the entries with all the pressies are as follows:
December 6th, December 13th, December 20th.
These are the dates for simple presents. You will send those to me in a screened comment and you will have several days to submit your entry to me before I post on one of the dates above. Every Monday, starting on November 30th I will make an entry reminding you that you have 4-5 days to submit your small present to me in a screened comment in that entry. So for example, on Monday, November 30th I will make the first entry and you will have until December 5th to comment in that entry with your present to your elf. On Monday, December 7th I will make a new entry reminding you of the second present and you will make your screened entry in that entry and so on.
The dates for each of these Mondays and the deadline for each entry is as follow:
1st Present- Monday, November, 30th-December 5th
2nd Present-Monday, December 7th-December 12th
3rd Present-Monday, December 14th-December 19th
4th Last Present and Secret Elf Revelation and Official Entry: Monday, December 21st-December 27th.
Once again, the official dates of revelation where the SECRET ELF will reveal itself will be from December 21st-December 27th.
This gives everyone plenty of time to submit your entries.
If you are not a member of LJ or Beya, you can post anonymous, just make sure you post your name so that I know who you are.
If for some reason you cannot post on these dates, you can email me and I will cover for you.
To BEGIN, All you need to do is fill out the prompt below and post it in a comment in this entry. You will receive an email with your elf on Friday, November 20th. You have 10 days to get ready for your first submission.

Things I'd like: You can request as many things as you'd like in here. That doesn't mean you'll get them all, but there's no harm in asking.
Things I wouldn't like: If there's anything you wouldn't like to receive (pairing, character, death fics, etc) then here's the place to mention it. Especially mention what rating type of fic you like to receive and don't like.
What I can do: Do you only write a specific rating? Can you do vids, manips, fics, fanart? etc....
What I can't do: If there's anything you feel you can't do, then please write it here. If you can't write NC-17 fic, or have no desire to write a specific character then please write it here.
Pinch hitter?: In the event of someone not being able to complete their gift!fic, are you willing to be stand-in?
COMMENTS: Anything else you think will be helpful in finding the right candidate for you.
I hope we get a lot of participants. I realize that there are a lot of other things happening in other comms but John and Teyla deserve their own party as well. So, I'm trying to keep it simple and convenient so that we can all participate.
