working it all out... 1. As much as more and more things are looking up, there isn’t a second I don’t regret past actions. I ain’t treating them lightly neither, but you can only harbor and apologize so much before it becomes cheap and parody. The more I find out how nasty my particular rabbit hole went, the more self-loathing I feel

Do not regret past actions... just learn from them and don't do it again. Regretting the past will not change it... just makes you dwell on it longer.

If it cost you a friend... that shows that person doesn't realize that people make mistakes.. sometimes little sometimes huge.. a true friend would love you unconditionally.. maybe get upset about it.. but nonetheless.. let is pass.
