[OOC] CR table
Yet another one. Comment to be added, because I know I'll forget people on my own if I tried to get everyone at once. xD
MEGAMAN [ MEGAMAN ]KAITO [ MAGIC KAITO ]
Bass's greatest rival. He was literally created to defeat him, and... has yet to fulfill that purpose. Despite the fact Bass has greater firepower, because Megaman has something to fight for (whereas Bass always fights for himself) means he'll always lose. As you can imagine Bass hates this, and as such takes every opportunity he can to annoy Megaman to no end. Mega just wants to be friends, but this result is doubtful.
Bass's first real friend on the community, if only because Kaito won't let go. They've been through quite a lot of "Hilarity ensues." together, mostly through Kaito's insistence, but they've also had their share of fights. While Bass fancies himself a good arguer, he's usually on the losing end of Kaito's deliberate pokings. Unless they start playing gay chicken, at which point Bass wins every time.
KAITOU KID [ MAGIC KAITO ]AERITH [ FINAL FANTASY VII ]
Yes Kid gets a separate entry, because when the gloves come off (or on, considering his outfit) then it's all different between the two of them. Bass was one of the first people told about Kaito's secret, and while you'd never know it he's one of the biggest supporters of what Kid does. He hates pointless killing, and so sympathizes with Kid's past and his mission (although you'd NEVER hear him admit it). Just never ask Bass about the time he actually wound up being Kid for Halloween...
Very likely one of Bass's true friends, as strange as that sounds. Something clicked between the two of them, and he has yet to raise his voice very much in front of her. Much of this likely stems from the fact that he feels bad for her situation, as well as finding some note of similarity between the two of them.
HAKUBA [ MAGIC KAITO ]AOKO [ MAGIC KAITO ]
While they don't talk very often, Bass harbors a certain level of respect for the detective. That Hakuba never goes out of his way to annoy Bass (like some others they know) also helps with this. He's actually gone to Hakuba for help once or twice, which says more than anything else I could put here.
Kaito's girlfriend. Bass likes her, even if she does have an annoying habit of calling him "Bass-chan". They've occasionally plotted together to tease Kaito, although more often than not Bass is on the end of her friendly barbs. Still, against all odds they somehow magically get along. If one day Aoko came crying into his arms for whatever reason he'd actually try to comfort her (in his own, heavy-handed way)-- provided no one was around.
ISSEI [ FATE/STAY NIGHT ]SIMON [ TENGAN TOPPA GURREN LAGANN ]
A recent addition to the people Bass talks to on a regular basis. He enjoys dangling the fact that he knows Kid in front of Issei's face, although he'd never let slip about his identity. He often falls victim to Issei's incredible ability to get his temper riled up, and will often go off on tirades while the monk just stands there watching. Actual opinion of Issei is up in the air right now, but Bass doesn't outright hate him, which is a good start. They'd need more non-argumentative discussion for Bass to make a further opinion.
This one is a sad, sad story. When Bass insulted Simon, Kamina came to fight him and got his ass kicked. Then Simon came to fight, and kicked Bass's ass. Strangely enough, this led to Bass respecting Simon's power (most likely because he had no inborn hatred for him like he does Megaman) although a "running gag" grew between them that they'd re-challenge each other someday. This continued even when Simon's life changed drastically a few times. Unfortuantely, when he once lost all memory of Bass and what they had, Bass outwardly gave up the relationship, and refuses to talk to him now. However, if they were to start chatting again, things would likely be repaired, after a fashion. The only problem is getting Bass started...
