This is perfect in every way. You've especially gotten the characterization right, which I haven't seen much of in this fandom. I love seeing things through Mallory's eyes after he becomes M. A friend sent me the link to this because I don't use LJ anymore and only read fic on AO3. I hope you write more Skyfall fic because I love this!

Well done! I really liked this insight into Mallory's thoughts. It stays very in character which I didn't expect when reading the prompt. And I really support the sequel idea... ;) Did you write it? Well I guess I can look myself on AO3.
