I concur with the great line everyone is quoting, but this piece for me wins with there was no need to set aside a day to confirm their love for each other. It's one of the many reasons I love them. There was no fanfare surrounding their relationship, no planning or destiny or grand declarations. They loved each other and it just happened and everyone knew it because it was written all over them.

BTW, the husband and I feel the exact same way about Valentine's Day, so I liked that they were celebrating their anniversary more than the holiday.
