I don't know who wrote this, but it's brilliant. One of the best resolution and new beginning stories I've ever read. Simple, elegant, and filled with 'infinite possibilities'.

Such a great idea; Jim staring up and up and up... seeing so much, seeing everything, but (literally) grounded by Blair by his side.

I guessing maaaaa, and it was a good story that I enjoyed especially the 'have fun or else" element.

This is absolutely lovely, like one of those stars shining brightly in the sky. So wonderful that Blair makes the deliberate decision to 'revise' their history and start fresh.

“The victors always write history, Jim. Everything we’ve done, or not done, or screwed up, or did right, all of it, man, it’s all brought us to where we are right now. We’re together, and stronger for what we’ve been through. We win. It’s time to celebrate, Jim.”

That is so Blair -- but I think they'll make it work. Such a satisfying conclusion to the dissertation mess. Thanks for sharing.
