Sorry for the late response, my Mom fell and I have been at her place taking care of her. Unfortunately she does not have internet access. No, this is not the story I was looking for either. I know it is out there and I will just have to keep looking when I can access the internet. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

My apologies, the story I was looking for was Exile as the first reply stated. In my mind the part with Jim finding Blair was the very beginning of the story. When I checked out Exile I did not read far enough into the story to find the part I was thinking of. My thanks to anonymous you posted their reply on 17 Dec.
