I'm about 99% sure it's on 852 Prospect.

Other Details I can remember (i.e. practically the whole fic retold):

The actual 'fire-exit blocking' takes place in a casino. There is also a bit at the jail where after (desk) Sgt. Siler (I always laugh at that 'cause it's not technically a SG-1 crossover) leads Jim to Blair Blair calls Jim a pet name (Pookie, or Snookums) 'cause one of the guys in the cell with him was hitting on him (trying to show Blair his tattoo, a drill on his penis). Simon isn't involved.

LOLOLOL I just love this story. It has so much good stuff -- the explanation of the arrest, the jail scene (Pooky!), the explanation about the tattoo and, of course, Blair's ass!

Thank you for reminding me I should read it again.
