i was surprised to learn that female slaves weren't qualified to work in the fields, so they ended up in the big house kitchens. it made me wonder if the butch women, took offense to being confined by such rigid gender limitations and did things like self-improvement classes, or cotton-picking certification courses.

I searched for the interest "the Belle Epoch" and we are the only two people interested in it. Wow, it was such a great time(period)that I'm surprised nobody else is interested. :( They don't know what they're missing.
