There is winning. And there is wanting more. And you my dear Dall, should know the difference with me by now. ;0) I love my Doctor/Sarah OTP. God knows, we've all had enough of stupid Rose Tyler. :0)

As much as I agree with you, please try not to be mean to characters in my creative journal. Don't want to offend anyone. ;)

Sweet fic...

By the way, hope you don't mind me mentioning that you've got "site" for "sight" near the start, which I found slightly distracting.

Thank you very much on both counts.

I shall fics fix that right this second. And I don't mind at all, I like to think most people would tell me these kinds of things.

Well I've run into some people who've pretty much bitten my head off for daring to point out something wrong.

The worst flaming I got was when I commented on someone misnaming Martha's sister Tish (they'd used her full name but got it wrong) - which I found utterly offensive because honestly, if you're going to write about a character and use their full name, not the shortened name they're usually known by, you damn well CHECK it's correct first! And it only took all of 20 seconds with Google to make sure of her full name.

Sorry, bit of a hobbyhorse with me - my RL name gets misspelled regularly, even by people who've known me years, so I may be somewhat biased on that score. But I'm also a huge pedant, so I insist on all facts being accurate when I write, and assume others are the same. Which, of course, isn't true.

Rest assured I will never bite your head off so feel free to correct me whenever possible. I know I read some of my stuff back and notice mistakes all the time. Annoying little setback from thinking faster than I type... and typing too fast for my own good.

YES. YES. OH MY GODS. YES. I have so freakishly obsessed with making sure names are spelled correctly. Because honestly? Why bother writing a character if you don't know how to spell their name. Like I've noticed getting back in to a fandom I loved as a child, a lot of people spell the name 'Jarod' as 'Jerod' because that's how the American's on the show pronounce it. Ignoring the fact that we've seen how it's spelled multiple times throughout the show. *breathes* And looking at your icon, my own example, the first time I wrote the Brig in anything I was quadruple checking I'd spelled it all right. I mean it's not that hard his name is pretty basic but I'd worry that I would muck it up because I think I know it so well. You know ( ... )

Thank you so much. ♥

You can join my friend Erin and I. Whenever we write something we really love we like to pretend it actually happened and there is no other canon. ;)

This is beautiful. Part of me was always gutted about the fact that after the wedding there was no mention of this man she actually loved! This fills a gap wonderfully, thank you.

Thank you so much ♥

I know! It was sort of like after a lifetime of really getting no clear indication from the only real man in her life (and being dumped in Aberdeen), here is a guy that honestly and deeply gave up his life because he loved her. I cried so badly at just the beauty of that scene. I so badly wanted him to live but then Sarah Jane wouldn't be Sarah Jane.

But it did make me a tiny bit content to think that maybe, as I have the Doctor think in this, if she hadn't stayed at UNIT and met the Doctor she would have run into Peter the following day.

Lol join the club I always forget to comment on tiny things too.

Oh believe me the second I heard Nigel Havers was in that episode I jumped straight at the thought that he was the one marrying Sarah Jane and I'm so glad he was. Damn that man is all kinds of gorgeous!! I really wish he had stayed on and made it a real family show. If only the Doctor could have found some way to save him. :( Why couldn't that be his gift to Sarah Jane before he regenerated? Gone back in time and introduced the two before Peter fell down the stairs. OMG AND NOW I HAVE ANOTHER IDEA FOR A FIC. Although I'm sure someone's already done it.

Lol I shall write this down somewhere and write it for you at some stage. ;)
