In between fun Multiverse readings - and an observation here, one really notices both Battlestar Galactica and Dr. Who have "arrived" at American shores by the increased input in those fandoms - I watched more first season Lois & Clark, and I can't help myself, I had to aquire an icon. It really has that 30s, 40s flair, and you know, safe for the problem that Superman needs to have a, well, superhuman physique, I could so see Spencer Tracy in the role, and K.H. as Lois...

It's a fun show, at least for the first 2.5 seasons and some of S4. If they'd just fired whoever suggested the long amnesia story arc, the second half of S3...

Reminds me I really must write more of my L&C / Highlander / Batman crossover.

Note to self: skip s3 on buying DVDs and go straight to 4. (They didn't show the fourth one in Germany, and I missed most of 3 because I was moving at the time.)

Also: do you have a link to your posts on that particular crossover?

I noticed the similarities to Ms. Chase myself this time.*g* Joss was definitely inspired - though Cordy was never the workoholic Lois is.

The obvious Joss connection is, of course, Tim Minear who wrote for L&C in its fourth and final season...

LOL! It's so funny! I never really got to enjoy the show because I was moving a lot around the time it aired, but the few episodes I did watch were so cool..

I've stayed away from Sharpe so far for the silliest reason - a crossover fanfic that left a bad taste in the mouth. Not the fault of the character, of course, but such things linger...
