This is, as usual, an awesome chapter. I just want to hug Blaine and never let go. (Though just throwing it out there that I'd rather have Kurt and Blaine hug each other and never let go. Kisses are optional but preferred hinthintnudgenudge ;))
I was trying to figure out what I wanted to say, because I was so pissed on Kurt's behalf that Blaine so thoroughly avoided him when Kurt needed him the most, especially after Kurt had been helping him so much. Jesse or no Jesse, Kurt was at such a loss and going through so much and Blaine seemed to have not even been trying, for an excuse as paltry as being upset about Jesse.
But I think these last two chapters really helped in trying to figure out what had been going on with him. The letter helped a little, but this chapter really helped because even though he'd been off-kilter sometimes before too, all the issues being addressed came to a head and together really helped underline exactly how helpless Blaine had been feeling, in ways that had nothing much to do with Jesse at all. I really like the sessions you write with Blaine and his therapist, they don't seem like pure exposition and really help uncover Blaine's thoughts. I liked the conversation between Blaine and Jason, where I think Jason, at the end, probably suspected

It's been so interesting watching people react to how Kurt and Blaine have been acting (or not acting) toward each other. I think it's staring to even out a little bit, but I definitely agree with you that even if *we* know what's going on with Blaine, Kurt could certainly use a bit more of an explanation. Man, now that we're getting toward the end of the story, I've had to be a *lot* more careful and thorough in making sure that every little thing I want to include gets it's proper place in the timeline :O
(As far as the cough, I'm thinking that the most we can say for Jason was that he was starting to have his suspicions. If he'd figured out it was Blaine, he would have dropped a hint in front of Kurt, and I have big plans for Kurt and Blaine's next interaction..)

(As far as the cough, I'm thinking that the most we can say for Jason was that he was starting to have his suspicions. If he'd figured out it was Blaine, he would have dropped a hint in front of Kurt, and I have big plans for Kurt and Blaine's next interaction..)
