Ooh ooh! #4 would be perfect for my fic "Together Again" ( https://dark-solace.org/elysian/viewstory.php?sid=4877 ) I'm linking to EF because the SS Archive looks a little difficult to follow. Maybe not. It was a SS entry, but several rounds ago.

I read your story and it seems like it takes place in Cleveland and my banner has a San Fransisco background. I changed the background to a more generic Hellmouth background because I thought it fit your story better. Unfortunately, it changed the overall look of the banner. Hee! I'd never noticed that it was specific to SF, although, of course it would be. I think you're right and the generic hellmouth suits the story better. As does the darker color, as the hellmouth was not out in the open. Thank you so much! I'll snag the one I want and put it in my IMGUR account while I work on getting it posted on the story. With credit, of course!

These are all so pretty, I can't pick a favorite. But... maybe the picture box one? It has a different feel to it that's unique compared to many banners. And the background really makes the figures pop.

And I really like the monochrome coloring and the layout of #1. It has that kinetic flow that keeps your eyes traveling. (And on a... hmm... less intellectual... level, there's no such thing as too much shirtless Spike.)

I'd probably have enjoyed the comic medium a lot more if the characters looked more like themselves, as they do in your SF banner. Spike's face is especially a nice choice.

I'm so glad you liked banner #5! The very talented javajunkie247 made the template and I just had to use it. The thing I like about the template is that you can change up the pictures and it would work for just about any story.

The pictures I used for the comic banner are pictures from the Dark Horse covers. The covers always had more realistic quality and really looked like the characters we love.
