Aww! I can't believe how cute this was, what an absolute blast. Thank you so much for all the smiles :D the signatures were The Best. As was all the shameless flirting... and although I gotta say that I wouldn't have minded some smut (as I'm fond of saying, you are GOOD at smut!! I'm MaggieLaFey BTW :P), I did like what avoiding it did to the tone. Just love it.
Gotta admit one small thing... I got a liiittle bit out of my Spuffy goodness bubble with that "Say it out loud" line by Buffy. Too many memes of a certain other vampire for my brain not to go DING at that... but I still loved the story and the declaration scene and everything else, really. :D

I feel so clueless, because I am not sure what other vampire you're referencing, unless it's a Twilight thing? I've never watched the movies/read the books so, apologies for my ignorance if that is the case. If it's an Angel thing, then I am ashamed for not remembering.

Honestly this is the most I've ever seen of those movies and I've never read the books either (they came out when I was firmly in my "vampires are ugh" phase... and BTW, Buffy and Spike are the only reason I'm out of there lol). But I just came across this meme so many times, I couldn't not think of it!

I thought for sure that Spike was going to school Buffy on her "infer/imply" mix-up - but he let it slide. It must be love.

Weeeeelp, that might've been an author error. Actually, it was very definitely an author error. Especially since I finished this at last minute and only had the one beta look over it. Going to cheat and edit it now.
