Lovely opener honey. You have Andrew to a tee. I know I told you my fav parts but I'll repeat here too.
"But no foe is as deadly as the foe inside oneself
As time passed, the walls went up around the Princess
And sealed her against the pain, but they made
Her feel colder and lonelier as her heart
became encased in stone" Just lovely! Yes, her inner demons were always more destructive than those she could easily fight and quip while doing so. Excellent.

I also particularly loved, "Their love was like fire, only Fire didn’t only burn and consume, It provided heat and sustenance, It kept you warm and made you feel alive, And it was worth risking the pain for that." The fire itself can be good or evil (just like people OR demons with or without souls). The duality of its qualities really resonate with this pair...they are the best thing in the world for each other while also causing some of the worst pain and destruction at the same time! Really deep
