Fic: Untitled (1/1)

Oct 31, 2010 00:00

A bit of seasonal Season 7 from me this time. Unbeta'd, so let me know if you spot any errors. (I'm open to suggestions for the title.)

Thank you to ladyofthelog and snickfic for picking up and carrying the torch.

Interesting idea. I'm so glad Spike was able to help. You write crazy basement Spike very well.

Perhaps his non-linear thinking and mine are compatible? Thank you!

This was excellent. I very much liked Buffy trying to be kind but also keep Spike out of the way of the kids and vice versa. And then Spike saves the day! Hurrah!

Also, this was fabulous: Maybe these Sunnydale parents had seen more than they let on. Some of them had gone to Sunnydale High during the high-death rate, pre-Buffy days. They were certainly getting too good at costume makeup.

Hee! I always enjoy fic that hints at the day-to-day lives of all Sunnydale's less supernaturally-inclined citizens.

He did indeed -- but it was only by chance and the other vampire's posturing that he even knew there was a day to be saved.

Basement Spike is not the most reliable mechanic in the shop.

Thanks! I figure, if the class of '99 was celebrating the lowest mortality rate in school history, some of the previous classes must have known something was up.
