Fable Stream Entertainment are the creators of the Genesys RPG, a high-concept, high-powered multi-universe RPG. Weird Friday night at work, almost a party atmosphere. And then, with less than an hour left before the deadline, a deal was announced and we just kept working. A lot of prep work was done to get ready for a possible shut down, and it turns out to have been a big waste. Looks like they're going to shuffle us out of the building at 11 pm tonight, as I am one of the "non-essential" government employees affected by the government shutdown, barring a last-minute wave of sensibility sweeping through the corridors of political power. Not holding my breath.
