1) Tuesday: GOT MY GRADES BACK. They were disastrous, as predicted. At this rate, I'll consider it a damned miracle if an employer decides to hire me. Most days this is incredibly depressing and I've shed more than my fair share of tears over my situation. Just two terms left (one year), and if I don't graduate with even one A, I'm going to cry. Which sounds overly dramatic when I write it like that!

Elementary! Which won't be easy to answer, since there's a pretty small ensemble thus far.

my favourite female character: ♥♥JOAN♥♥ She is the very very best omigod so awesome. :D I mean, it helps that I already liked Lucy Liu and thought race-bending a Holmes character was a fantastic idea, but she's exceeded my expectations.

my favourite male character: Sherlock Holmes. He's such a darling, and JLM is fantastic. :)

my favourite book/season/etc: Well, Season 1 since that's all there is.

my favourite episode (if it's a tv show): My favourites are probably the blizzard ep and the one where Sherlock asks Joan to stay (I think that's also the ep with Bell's brother). That was a great episode.

my favourite cast member: UGH. Total tie between Lucy Liu and JLM. They are both fantastic.

my favourite ship: I don't particularly ship them as a romantic pairing (though I'm fine if the show eventually goes there), but the Joan/Sherlock partnership is the best relationship ever.

a character I'd die defending: Joan, because she still gets ( ... )

It's true, which is actually why I gave you the alternatives. I got that for a shipping meme once and I was like going blank for half the questions.

I love and agree with all your answers though!

Joan, because she still gets crap from haters.
That's so sad because she's my favorite. I can't stand the 'Sherlock' vs 'Elementary' arguments. It's like, 'move on, already'.

Bell. It's not that I ever disliked him, but my appreciation of him has only grown over time. :)
I can relate to these feelings. I'm so glad that they didn't go down the route that Sherlock did with Sally Donovan and I really like his relationship with both Joan and Sherlock.

I also agree on Holmes/Gregson. This really is a show where I appreciate the friendships more than I do actual shipping, which is new for me.
