Open air film festival! Last night my friends saw the last ten minutes of Tosca. Unfortunately for them, their train to Rome left at 7pm so they're missing this evening's performance, Giselle. This one of the very few ballets I've actually seen before, but I've never seen it on a jumbotron

My brother and I kinda felt like we could have sufficiently done Rome in 2 days -- one for the Coloseo and nearby ruins and one for the Vatican area -- so I don't have any particular recommendations. We didn't really go to any art museums in Rome besides the Vatican Museums, but if I were organizing a trip just for myself I would have sought out art museums. Oh, and make sure you take advantage of the gelaterias :)

Also, make it cold outside so you can have the hot chocolate. It's like very warm cake batter.

My parents were impressed with the Pantheon but I never got a chance to see it.
