Belatedly, thank you! I'm so glad you thought this worked. Nathan's need to protect Peter can be so touching sometimes and other times kind of scary.

I think Nathan's need to protect Peter is all wrapped up in his need to control Peter, so yeah, both touching and scary.

I liked this, all the versions. I think maybe my favourites were the second one and the last one - the last one for being so tragically beautiful, and the second for the interesting implications of killing your own ancestor. You make very good use of OCs too, both in that story and the one after it.
