I am glad to hear it. My master would benefit from spending more time with people around his age. He'll be turning fourteen.

[...Wait, she's asking about him, too. Right. He smiles, a touch sheepishly.] It is less about my "birthday"and more the one year anniversary of my arriving in the city. Some have been known to call it their birthday, so it seemed easiest to phrase it as such on the invitation.
