Jiu Jitsu update
I am still going so strong on the BJJ thing. I got my blue belt only a year into BJJ. I love it. I'm not spectacular about it. However, I am so proud of how far I've come. I started out from NOTHING. I started out not being able to do a forward roll or to do pushups or to control my body. Now I can do all of those things. I am proud of myself ( Read more... ) -

My seattle friends: HELP
I have a former student from Ukraine who will be visiting Seattle from July 10-14. He is a REALLY wonderful guy--19 iirc. I'd love to offer up a place for him to stay if possible.
