Houses suck, Nintendo DS doesn’t.

I had the prospective house inspected today and things don’t look good. As we went through the home with the inspector we found a lot of shortcuts that the homeowner has taken. There were numerous problems that I don’t want to fix myself and I’m certain they will not consider fixing. Most of the problems were found outside and ranged from problems

No matter what house you end up with, don't forget about my guy John. Anything you can't or don't want to do as far as maintenance/repairs he can do and for a hell of a lot less than the average contractor. He's doing more work for me soon.
