...so, a couple weeks back someone stupid on the internet said something stupid and hurtful -- and while I know better than to pay any attention to stupid people, especially when they're being stupid and hurtful in comment threads -- it's kept me off the internet... more than I should let it.

Also, as far as stupid people are concerned? Yes, fuck them. They're not worth one ounce of emotional time or energy. (I realize that this is easier said than done.)
