Yes, I'm still out here. After this many years, I'm not really planning on stopping anytime soon.
I got dinner with someone from OKCupid, and it was a friendly thing. We brought friends. The friend she brought was a girl from Germany named Marion. We chatted and laughed and had a nice time. The next day, Marion was looking me up on facebook, and my name made a crazy trigger thing happen - she realized that she and I have been livejournal friends forever and ever. Literally since 2001. I was obviously floored, and we got together to reminisce over old times and freak out at one-another. She lives here. We're friends. It's amazing. (Her livejournal is grrrlishgrin and she used to date the guy who went by the name Lokust, if those strike any memory-bits.)
That is a story about livejournal.
I've also been using Twitter really frequently. It feels natural because of the way little jokes play out. I do like that about it, but, yeah, it cuts my livejournal use by way too much.
