just a quick update.

feeling ill and nasty. right annoying. was starting to feel good on saturday daytime, but then going out in the rain to the gig (which was also full of other ill people) brought it back worse. so I'm spending time wandering round the house in smelly pyjamas clutching snotty hankies. finding different rooms to lie in to read/

I've been sick on and off for MONTHS. it's making me crazy.

you know what helps? those emergen- C packets. it's a huge amount of vitamin C you just dissolve into your drink. and it's yummy too.
