I must say that I really do thrive on meaningful interactions. I had several long conversations with different people today, and it truly made my day much more enjoyable. I think I'm going to make it a part of my day to seek out something to get me out of the house a number of times a week. When I get isolated, I start getting depressed.

Man, working monitors can be such a demanding job, especially on days like to day. This round, it was the Original Wailers, (a group containing several people from Bob Marley's band.) I find the need to write about this because it this matter hit so close to home and I feel the hole. A few weeks ago, the pioneer valley lost it's Number One music fan, Tim Young.
