Oh, now that was just terribly sad. Entirely plausible, extremely well done, but WAAAHHHH! How could you do that to poor Wilson?

It would be awfully nice if you could somehow fix it by adding a few (or 10) chapters in which House comes back.... Just saying.

Speed up the timeline of the CA, and it's very plausible. Sad to say.

Yet, looking back on the series, House was there but never picked up on anything. He didn't know (or even suspect) until Wilson told him. That's always bugged me. The most important diagnosis in his life, and he missed all the signs.

In fairness to House, whatever symptoms made Wilson get tested could've been subtle ... Well, OK, it was just bad writing with no lead-up :/
