The following statement has be brought upon by the company’s inability to communicate with a customer

Well duh! You should have gone through NAPA! Especially the store in Topsham... Which happens to be the one my dad owns and holds customer satisfaction as his top priority.

(Although when I first read this I was wondering if you were going through a British Parts company who are notorious for fucking things up and having terrible service.)

Ya I would normally go through Napa but I found the MOOG parts at a good cost, however only half the parts are from MOOG the others are some standard OEM parts. well at least I got half my order correct & only 3 weeks late...hehe I should have know when I called to see why they hand not shipped and was told they would be shipped first thing in the morning.

hmmm does that sound like” F*%# no one processed this, tell him there in the mail”. lol
