Hentai, the Japanese pornographic cartoon that depicts children in explicit sexual activity, is considered child pornography material and one may be severely penalized by just mere possession of it.

A bill banning this pornographic cartoon was approved recently by the Joint House Committees on Justice and Welfare of Children chaired by Rep. Matias

It's kinda funny that they're making laws on these kinds of things but they don't even work their asses off with eliminating crimes in the country =_=

Please pay more attention on bigger issues, politicians. Like earn money to pay the nation's debts. Do something to those who aren't living well. Fix the establishments that needs to be fixed. Make the price of necessities in life much lower. Arrest those who have to be arrested without damn delays.

This. Moral campaigns by governments are a smokescreen designed to get people riled up about some triviality to disguise the fact that they do NOTHING about the important things like infrastucture, social care, health, the education and the economy.

At the moment, the English government is blathering on about taking benefit care from alcoholics who refuse treatment in attempt to get me riled up about benefit fraud and the health service and distract me from their utter uselessness and immorality. Hentai actually means 'abnormal'. But people now refer it as something 'sexualy' related, even though the original refer to anything not normal.
