Faith, magic, and hope.

I would not want to live in a world without God, as I would
not wish to live in a world without magic, or miracles, for that world would be without mystery. A world without mystery is a world without faith. A world
without faith is a world without hope.
Woe to the world without hope, for when hope is lost. All is lost.

Miracles happen in this world, even if most of them are little miracles, that happen after lots of hard work. Still, miracles they are. I know I can identify them every once in a while. Something that could have gone wrong but didn't, something that happened better or sooner than what was expected, etc.

It's been so long since we spoke. How are you these days?

I am doing good. I find I have a lot more hope now than I have had in a long time. I absolutely am enjoying life for the most part. We have a new home and it is a nice home. I love the privacy of it. Things seem to be in place for now. not that we do not have hard times. we do. I am finally being able to breathe and to look around myself and say, life is good.

Well, basically I'm still unemployed, but I started taking English=Hebrew translations and even if it's starting slowly, it's still something. My son is doing well, I took a basic course in ABA to practice it with him at home, because I can't find a therapist who is committed enough it seems... He is at home now for 3 weeks so I practice with him as much as I can, it seems to stabilize him emotionally as well. He started making various syllables he didn't before, and connecting some of them with meaning. So I think and hope he's developing spoken language though I'm aware it might be different from how it normally develops. It was a nightmare to find him a new ABA kindergarten this year but I did it. He'll start in September.

P.S. Something is wrong with your captcha - it asks me to "confirm I'm human" but not always presenting the letters to copy.
