Jing was never one to keep a lady waiting.... for a long time. He arrived with a small wave to Kallen and gazed at her with a grin.

"Well don't you look miserable."

She pushed herself off the building and stood up straight.

"Why would I look miserable?" she questioned. Of course, there was a good reason as to why she could look miserable, but she decided not to disclose it.

"Well your hunch is incorrect. I'm completely fine." Completely probably not the best word to use, but it was close enough.

He didn't role his eyes, but her mood was simply astounding. He hated being repaid, he shouldn't have come and just pissed her off. Then she wouldn't want to repay him.
