Who: flurryflame, chibibloodluver Where: In the pack of the hotel- Pool When: Night What: Axel agreed to show Yuuki some magic, being the nice fire fairy he is. Warnings: None
The small head of a child, it was obvious who it was, and Axel waved her over with half a grin to his face.
First act would be what he showed her on the video, and to the tips of his fingers, small little match sized flames danced as he continued to wave at her. Then he straightened his hand, fingers pointed to the sky and the match-sized flames grow into a fountain of fire stretching up about a foot.
"Hello, Yuuki." His fountain of flames slipping back down to disappear into his black gloved fingertips. He glanced behind her, for some reason expecting someone older to have taken the responsibility for her. Yet she was alone.
"Like I said, there.. is." His eyes slipped past her to the side of them, the rippling water of the pool, a smile widening to his face, "just no topping my firepower!" He whipped his hand toward the pool, a jet of fire coming from his palm to the surface of the water, his fire dancing and steaming across the surface of the unsuspecting pool. Flames licked the surface, green, blue, red, yellow and orange

Seeing Axel out there near the pool Yuuki stepped closer to him. She smiled back, excitement in her eyes as she wanted to see what the Fire Fairy could do. She watched in awe as he performed the same trick on the video, except this time on a larger scale. Her brown eyes took in the dancing flames and watched them climb in the air. With her attention on the fire, she nearly forgot who was speaking to her.
When the fire went to the pool she wanted to protest. Water put fire out, but what Axel was doing...it was simply amazing! The different colors of fire that danced on the surface of the water. She did have to cover her nose though, the smell of chlorine water being vaporized wasn't pleasant. When the show was over she was slack jawed. Her eyes slowly went from the pool to look up at the tall red head. For a few moments she was utterly speechless.
"...That....was....awesome..." she breathed, looking up at Axel like he was her hero. He wasn't a Fire Fairy...he was a Fire God!
/sorry for the posting fail I have done :< also! omg she is so cute <3!!flurryflameFebruary 12 2010, 01:46:49 UTC
Axel chuckled, glad to see her having enjoyed the show just as much as he had. Though, for some reason, an underlining doubt settled rather annoyingly to the back of his mind--as if to say such power wouldn't mean anything to anybody else but himself. However that wasn't the case, as this kid wasn't so bad after all.
She's got good taste. He popped a gumdrop in his mouth, cherry, and offered her some by shaking the box toward her.
"Have to admit, that wasn't anything, but here.. it seems to have nulled a bit, my power. Least it didn't fully leave me, like it did in the city we were in prior here." Here, Disney Land, concerning this place he had a definite chip on his shoulder. Not everybody can be so easily happy and distracted. It's simply too easy, but humans -those with hearts (in his case)- seemed all very impressionable. So through the kids being excited by what they saw in the park, so would their parents. A vicious cycle, a swarm he didn't particularly want to get into. Which was why he camped out in the hotel, eating

Yuuki continued to stare up at him, taking in every word he said. She nodded her head at him, to say she was paying attention. Though her attention was focused now on the candy. he...was offering her a piece? Just to be sure she looked behind her. No...there wasn't anyone. So...he was willing to share something with her?
"You...can do more?" she asked, carefully stepping towards Axel to reach out and take one piece of candy from the most awesome person she had ever met. That list of people included her brother and father being at the number one slot...while Jing, Atem and now Axel were competing for the second slot.
She took one tiny piece, but decided to save it for later. ...Though maybe she wouldn't eat it at all. This was a special candy! And it should only be eaten...well...on a special occasion.
"Can you make your fire take the form of animals?" she asked, wondering if it was okay to question the almighty Fire God.
